Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the 24/7 Care 4U website and portals. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
About us and these terms
This website is operated by 24/7 Care 4U Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09710331), whose registered address is 4 Highmead Close, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 7NG. You can contact us at info@24-7care4u.co.uk or on 0118 411 5954.
We provide home care and visiting care, live-in care, complex and clinical care, and agency staffing for care homes. These terms apply to all visitors to our website, including people enquiring about care, care home managers seeking agency staff, and agency workers applying for roles.
Using our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- use it in any way that breaches UK law or these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, or our systems;
- introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- scrape, copy, or misuse our content except as permitted; or
- use the website in a way that disrupts or impairs its normal operation.
We may suspend or restrict access where we believe these terms have been breached.
Home care enquiries and bookings
Booking a home visit or submitting an enquiry through our website is a request for further information and does not constitute a binding contract for care. A care arrangement begins only once we have carried out an assessment, agreed the scope and cost of care with you, and confirmed the arrangement in writing or by signature. Until then, any information we provide about services, availability, or pricing is indicative and subject to assessment.
We will act with reasonable skill and care in providing our services, in line with our obligations as a CQC-registered provider. Specific terms for ongoing care are set out in the care agreement you sign with us.
Care home staffing enquiries
Care homes enquiring about agency staffing through our website are requesting a discussion and a quote. A staffing arrangement begins only once both parties have agreed the roles, shift patterns, rates, and terms, and a staffing agreement has been signed. Any rate card or indicative pricing provided before then is a guide and may change based on the specific requirements.
Agency worker applications
Applying for a role through our Careers portal is an expression of interest. We assess applications on merit and carry out the compliance checks required by law and good practice, including right-to-work, DBS, and reference checks. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. We may decline an application at our discretion, and you may withdraw your application at any time.
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or, if discovered after engagement, your assignment being ended.
Accounts and portals
Where you register for one of our portals (worker, client, care home, or admin), you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account where we believe it has been misused.
User content
When you submit information through our forms — such as an enquiry, a job application, or a message — you grant us the right to use that information to respond to you and provide our services. You confirm that you are entitled to share any personal data you provide about yourself or, where relevant, about a loved one, and that you have their consent to do so.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is owned by 24/7 Care 4U Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that the information on it is complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a business user, our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as the Care Quality Commission or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites and encourage you to read their terms and privacy policies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will show the most recent version. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you have statutory rights to use the courts of another part of the UK.
Contact us
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at info@24-7care4u.co.uk or on 0118 411 5954.
These terms are provided as a compliant template and should be reviewed by a solicitor before publication.
